Mesh cages:

Our cages are cost-effective and very secure. Further cost savings can be achieved by utilising existing building walls effectively as sides for cages.

CAELUM is used in many applications from bonded areas to back of Supermarket storage areas.

The standard ceiling panel/support structure is not suitable for walking on.

Partition Panels:

The CAELUM system makes it easy to partition off specific areas. The entire system is modular, constructed of steel mesh panels and fully adaptable to suit most environments.

Several Lock Options:

Our enclosures are available with hinged and sliding doors with several lock options. Cylinder locks with Euro cylinders with or without electric strike locking. Mechanical push button locks as well as padlock type doors can be offered.

Easy Assembly:

One of the most important features of our systems is simplicity. The panels and C channels are assembled using conventional fasteners. Securing the ceiling panels in position is also straight forward.

Ceiling Support:

The strong C channel ensures a stable and secure ceiling structure. Widths of up to 7000mm are possible with our C channels.

Mesh Ceiling Panels:

Our mesh ceiling solutions provide good visibility, maintain ventilation and also let in light from existing sources.

C channels: Various lengths of C channels are available for ceiling support. 

Technical Information:

Panels available in two heights; 2200mm and 800mm. Widths available with both heights include; 200, 300, 700, 800, 1000, 1200, 1500mm.

UR350 – Frame; 19 x 19 x 1 mm, Wire; 2.5 x 2.5 mm, Mesh; 50 x 50 mm, Finish; Powder-coated Grey RAL 7037. Also available in hot-dip galvanised finish.

UX450 – Frame; 30 x 20 x 1.25 mm, Wire; 3 x 3.75 mm, Mesh; 50 x 50 mm, Finish; Powder-coated Grey RAL 7037. Also available in hot-dip galvanised finish.

UR325 – Frame; 19 x 19 x 1 mm, Wire; 2.5 x 2.5 mm, Mesh; 25 x 25 mm, Finish; Powder-coated Grey RAL 7037.

UX325 – Frame; 30 x 20 x 1.25 mm, Wire; 2.5 x 2.5 mm, Mesh; 25 x 25 mm, Finish; Powder-coated Grey RAL 7037.

Doors:

Hinged and sliding doors are available with a variety of mechanical and digital locking and closing options. Pushpads and pushbars are available.
