Pallet Conveyor

"Hjulex" Non-powered roller conveyor designed for handling pallets. Can be supplemented with adjustable leg support.
Supplied unassembled. Rollers fitted with the supplied M10 bolts, load-
capacity stated for a distributed load. Point loads must be dimensioned per roller.

Frame. Steel section 30 x 120 x 30 x 3 mm.
Roller type: Bearing mounted sheet rollers, 60 and 80 mm.
Axle: 60 mm, roller: 15 mm. 80 mm, roller: 17 mm. Female thread M10 x 20.
Surface treatment: Finished in RAL 7040.
C/C mounting holes: 50 mm.
Transport height: Adjustable 775-835 mm for roller length 500 and 600 mm and 375-435 mm for roller length 900 and 1200 mm.
Accessories: Splice set, 2 web plates with fasteners, end stop, 2 side web plates with 25 mm spacer tube.Leg support designed for roller conveyor 3020. The non-powered conveyor is mounted on the leg support. There are assembly holes for the leg support on the side members as well as in the centre of the 3000 mm member.
