Heavy Duty Worktops 40mm

"Gigant" Heavy-duty worktop 40 mm. Solid wooden cores and cross-glued with fibre board. All worktops are predrilled with M8 threaded bushes fitted for stable fastening of trestle legs 8450 and 14600 and for drawer unit series 6116 on boards depth 600 mm and drawer unit series 8995 on boards depth 800 mm.
Oil-tempered board. All round top that withstands oil. Coloured grey-black ABS-plastic strip all round.
Steel. For heavy workshop work, easy to keep clean with robust, scratch resistant surface. Covered with 1.5 mm sheet steel. Long sides in steel and short sides with grey-black coloured ABS-plastic strip.
Oak parquet. Hard-wearing top with many application areas. Surface finish 14 mm oak parquet, surface layer 3 mm. Aluminium section on the front edge and grey-black ABS-plastic on the short sides. Length 2000 mm and 2500 mm with aluminium section also on the rear edge.
Vinyl. Suitable for assembly and packing stations. Does not withstand all solvents. Grey mottled vinyl mat, grey-black coloured ABS-plastic strip all round.
Laminate. Scratch resistant hard surface that withstands liquids and chemicals. Less resistant to impact. Surface covering of grey high pressure laminate, grey-black coloured ABS-plastic strip all round.
ESD laminate. Surface covering of grey dissipative ESD-laminate and beech edging strip all round. On the boards lower edge is a recessed 8-way earthing terminal positioned 100 mm from the right-hand short-long sides for easy connection to an earthing box and earth. Available on request with alternative connections.
ESD mat. Surface covering of heat resistant dissipative ESD-laminate and beech edging strip all round. On the boards rear left-hand edge is an earth connection (push button) fitted and on the right rear edge is a wrist strap connector with 10 mm connection (push button). Positioned 35 mm from the boards short/long side. Available on request with alternative connections.
Lower shelf. Made oil tempered board with grey-black coloured ABS-plastic strip all round. Thickness 30 mm.
Telescopic protective edge. With predrilled holes, attached to the rear of the worktop, 1200-2500 mm.
